Since the announcement of the Vision 2030 by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 2016, the Kingdom’s property and construction industry has been one of the most vibrant in the world, creating a vast number of opportunities for established local companies and international companies looking to enter the market.
